This version includes all updates available until January 2009. Also it uses one of those so called OEM Bios hack methods, so just install it and enjoy. After installation you can use Windows Update and all features.
You CAN Install Service Pack 2 downloaded from Windows Update or Microsoft site.
PROOF:
I will soon create my own Windows Vista Ultimate with included all latest updates and Service Pack 2, i will just need some time to fully test it.

Sometimes for unknown reason, this hack will fail, and you will end up with an installed Trial version, use this tool to fix that. It is the same method, BIOS OEM Hack, just needs to be applied manually.
To ensure that everything will go well, follow the above instructions

* After you've installed your Windows Vista Ultimate, and ensured that it is Genuine, you can install all drivers for your GPU, MB, LAN, Sound, etc,... Than, you can download all uptades, these procedures just needs to be done in some sitations to ensure that OEM Hack will be successfully applied.
