I well take u step by step to how burn
ISO or NRG Files

After downloading all parts for XP or Vista
or any ISO file Right Click and Choose Extract here

and u well get something like that but with different name ....Right

Then Download Nero 9 Silent install Full

Open Nero Express from Start menu and choose
Low Burn speed to make it right as the the image

after u finish burning ISO file
it well automatically extract on CD or DVD

Dont forget to use Blank CD to burn XP or any iso file
less than 700 MB
and use Blank DVD to brun Vista or any iso file
more than 700 MB like Vista its 2.8GB

Then put Your cd blank in cd room
and restart ur pc to install fresh copy

Have fun

I Dont make it Autorun CD To prevent
hang for ur pc if u have bad cd room

So , open the cd then double click on "WPI.hta" file

Dont forget to hit the counter in the left bottom side
to stop it and choose what u want

After u check all soft u want hit Green Button (begin install)
or make fast selection with Blue Button (Selections)
