Scooby Goes Hollywood (later released on video as Scooby-Doo Goes Hollywood) was a prime-time hour-long television special starring the cast of Hanna-Barbera's popular Saturday morning cartoon Scooby-Doo. It was originally broadcast on ABC on December 13, 1979.

A musical-based parody of both the by-then infamous Scooby-Doo formula and of Hollywood in general, the storyline centered on Shaggy convincing Scooby that both of them deserve better than being stars in what he considers a low-class Saturday morning show, and attempts to pitch a number of potential prime-time shows to network executive "C.J." (voiced by Rip Torn), all of which are parodies of then-popular TV shows and movies such as Superman, Happy Days, Laverne and Shirley, The Sound of Music, and Charlie's Angels. Caught in the middle of this entire ordeal are Fred, Daphne, Velma, and also Scooby's loyal Saturday morning fan base; all of whom convince Scooby to come back to his Saturday morning TV show.

The special was first released on VHS by WorldVision Enterprises in the 1980s, and is currently available on DVD.

Scooby-Doo Meets the Boo Brothers

Scooby-Doo Meets the Boo Brothers is a 1987 telefilm produced by Hanna-Barbera Productions, distributed by Great American Broadcasting, and starring characters from their Saturday morning cartoon series Scooby-Doo. The film stars the voices of Casey Kasem, Don Messick, Sorrell Booke, and Rob Paulsen, and was written by Jim Ryan and directed by Paul Sommer and Carl Urbano.

The first full-length film to feature the Scooby-Doo characters, it was released as part of the Hanna-Barbera Superstars 10 series of telefilms, which included two other Scooby-Doo films, Scooby-Doo and the Ghoul School and Scooby-Doo and the Reluctant Werewolf. All three Scooby entries in the Superstars 10 series feature Shaggy, Scooby-Doo, and Scrappy-Doo alone involved with stories that feature real ghosts and monsters, similar to the early 1980s version of Scooby-Doo and Scrappy-Doo.

It stars the voices of Casey Kasem, Don Messick, and Hamilton Camp. This is the third full-length film to feature the Scooby-Doo characters, and was the last to be released as part of the Hanna-Barbera Superstars 10 series of telefilms, which included and two other Scooby-Doo films, Scooby-Doo Meets the Boo Brothers and Scooby-Doo and the Ghoul School.

All three Scooby entries in the Superstars 10 series feature Shaggy, Scooby and Scrappy-Doo alone involved with stories that feature real ghosts and monsters, similar to the early 1980s version of Scooby-Doo and Scrappy-Doo. Scooby-Doo and the Reluctant Werewolf also features the only appearance of Googie, Shaggy's blonde girlfriend.

The film also marks the last proper appearance of Scrappy-Doo in an animated Scooby-Doo series, special, or film.

Arabian Nights (re-issued on VHS and DVD as Scooby-Doo in Arabian Nights and also Scooby-Doo! Arabian Nights) is an animated television movie produced by Hanna-Barbera and premiered on TBS in 1994. This special is drawn, animated, and musically scored like a classic Warner Bros. cartoon. The film is an adaptation of The Book of One Thousand and One Nights. Apart from cameo appearances, this was the final cartoon produced by Hanna-Barbera to feature its famous legends, Yogi and Boo Boo, Magilla Gorilla, Scooby-Doo and Shaggy. It is also the final time that Don Messick voiced Scooby-Doo.

Night of the Living Doo is a 2001 Scooby-Doo animated special. The cartoon was a comedic parody of a typical episode of The New Scooby-Doo Movies, complete with unlikely guests and a retro style. The special was produced by Cartoon Network and broadcast in small segments during commercial breaks of a Halloween Scooby-Doo marathon. At the end of the marathon, the entire series was broadcast in its completion.

Scooby-Doo on Zombie Island

Scooby-Doo on Zombie Island is the first of a series of direct-to-video animated films based upon the Scooby-Doo Saturday morning cartoons. It was released on February 20, 1998, and it was the first Scooby-Doo movie to be produced by Warner Bros. Animation, though distributed by Hanna-Barbera Cartoons. The Mystery, Inc. gang, which includes Scooby-Doo, Shaggy, Fred, Daphne and Velma, travel to Moonscar Island which is located in the Louisiana bayou. The film was directed by Hiroshi Aoyama, Kazumi Fukushima, and Jim Stenstrum, based on Glenn Leopold's unfinished Swat Kats episode "The Curse of Kataluna", and written by Leopold and Davis Doi. The song "It's Terror Time Again", sung by Skycycle, played after Scooby Doo and the others found out that zombies were real.

It was released on October 9, 2001. It features the Mystery, Inc. gang, which includes Scooby-Doo, Shaggy, Freddy, Daphne and Velma. As is the case with all Scooby-Doo-related projects, the film is produced by Warner Bros. Animation, yet carries a Hanna-Barbera Cartoons, Inc. copyright and logo. Scooby-Doo and the Monster of Mexico is the sixth of a series of direct-to-video animated films based upon the Scooby-Doo Saturday morning cartoons. It was released on September 30, 2003, and it was produced by Warner Bros. Animation. It is popular for claiming "Chupacabra is Mexico's version of Bigfoot", although such a description is grossly inaccurate, as the chupacabra described is quite different than Bigfoot.

Scooby-Doo and the Loch Ness Monster is the seventh of a series of direct-to-video animated films based upon the Scooby-Doo Saturday morning cartoons. It was released on June 24, 2004, and it was produced by Warner Bros. Animation (although Warner Bros. had fully absorbed Hanna-Barbera Cartoons by this time, Hanna-Barbera was still credited as the copyright holder and the movie ended with an H-B logo). In it the Mystery Inc. gang encounter the Loch Ness Monster.

Scooby-Doo in Where's My Mummy? is the ninth in a series of direct-to-video animated films based upon the Scooby-Doo Saturday morning cartoons. The gang is in Egypt, where a curse by the last Egyptian pharaoh, Cleopatra, may be the source of trouble for Egypt. It was released theatrically in select cities of the United States on November 5, 2005 by Kidtoon Films.[1] It was rated G by the MPAA. During its limited theatrical release part of Kidtoon Films, it first aired on Cartoon Network in the United States on November 24, 2005. It was released on DVD in the United States and Canada on December 13, 2005. It was produced by Warner Bros. Animation, though it featured a logo and copyright for Hanna-Barbera Cartoons, Inc. at the end.

Chill Out, Scooby-Doo! is the 11th Scooby-Doo direct-to-video film series, produced by Warner Bros. Animation (though it used a Hanna-Barbera logo at the end of the movie). It was dedicated to Iwao Takamoto, who died in early 2007 on the 8th day of January. It is a semi-remake of the classic Scooby episodes, That's Snow Ghost!, The Ghost of Bigfoot, and There's No Creature Like Snow Creature, except it takes place in the Himalayas and features the Abominable Snowman. The film debuted on Cartoon Network on August 31, 2007, with a September 4 release date for the DVD.

Scooby-Doo and the Goblin King

Scooby-Doo and the Goblin King is the 12th in the series of Scooby-Doo direct-to-video films produced by Warner Bros. Animation (though it used a Hanna-Barbera logo at the end of the movie). This movie, along with the next film The Samurai Sword were both produced and completed in 2008, but Goblin King was released first in time for the Halloween season. It was dedicated to Paulette Oates, whom helped resurrect Warner Bros. Animation in the late 1980s. All the main voice actors of the Mystery, Inc. reprise their roles.[1] DVD of it was released on September 23, 2008 and aired on Cartoon Network on October 5, 2008. This is the first Scooby cartoon produced entirely without either one of the original creators, Bill Hanna and Joseph Barbera.

Scooby-Doo: In The Beginning is the working title for the 2009 telefilm produced by Cartoon Network and Warner Premiere, directed by Brian Levant and distributed by Warner Home Video. Scooby-Doo 1

Scooby-Doo is a 2002 live-action film, based on the popular Hanna-Barbera Saturday morning cartoon Scooby-Doo. The film was directed by Raja Gosnell and written by James Gunn and Craig Titley. It was produced by Charles Roven and Richard Suckle for Warner Bros. Pictures and starred Matthew Lillard as Shaggy, I Know What You Did Last Summer's Sarah Michelle Gellar as Daphne and Freddie Prinze, Jr., as Fred, Linda Cardellini as Velma, Neil Fanning as the voice of Scooby-Doo (who was created on screen using computer-generated imagery) and Rowan Atkinson as Emile Mondavarious.
