All ts mpeg was demuxed with pvastrumento, BBCi audio mp2 was recoded
as 256kbp to match BBC Four source using mp2Gain (no trancode or reencode).
Demuxed mpeg from both sources was combined with recode using MPEG Video Wizard.
The rebuilt mpeg was then authored to DVD using TMPGEncDVDAuthor3.
No recode or transcode at any step. DVD is transport stream source.
